At MO&Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MO&Co. account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
